ML-SC SERIES STRONG CRUSHER

Uses and Features:
1. ML-SC strong crusher is applied to granulating various soft and hard materials shaped in strip,lump or spherity into granules for recycling, so as to increase the aviability ratio of the plastic materials.
2. Stainless steel structure is compact in size, durable and reliable.

3. Heavy burder type bearing with oil-sealed device and soundproof ply can keep the unit from shocking and noise, and prevent the material from pollution.
4. Equipped with motor overload protective device and chained power-off system to ensure safe operation, especially for blade-cleaning.
5. Special claw-blade configuration with scissors function and high quality steel blade makes it easy to cut all soft and hard plastic materials.
6. Adjustable blade can be sharpened up with blunt and reused to prolong its life.
7. The mesh screen in the granulating chamber and the discharging bin are separately designed for easy cleaning.
8. Light type is equipped with castor for easy moving, while heavy type equipped with adjustable level pads to keep stability when working.

ML-SC STRONG CRUSHER WITH FEEDING EQUIPMENT

Uses and Characteristics:
1. For safety and power saving , using pneumatic spring and hand wheel to open/close the feeding bin and mesh screen.
2. Can be optionally equipped with auto feeding system and dust separating system.
3. Ultrastrog granulating capacity and lower operating cost.
4. Can be equipped with different feedign bins and feeding devices according to special recycling material like tube, paddles and etc.
