Uses
and Characteristics:
ML-LD series 2-in-1 hopper dryer is a newly designed type to dry and
convey the material automatically and at the same time to recycle
the hot air.
Controlled by French LOGO! Program, Japan OMRON digital temperature
controller and displayer and PID automatically, the unit can control
the temperature precisely and read the data easily.
Both the loading and feeding of the material are controlled by one
unit, avoiding material pollution by handling so as to guarantee the
product quality, save manpower and improve the product efficiency.
Features:
1. Made of complete stainless steel, with the special structure
of up-blowing hopper.
2. High-precision digital setting and displaying temperature controller
and OMRON auto control gives an accuracy .
3. Equipped with protective devices of overheat, phase-sequence
and blowers (feeding/drying) fault.
4. Equipped with hot-air recycler and air filter to increase the
cleanness and availability ratio of the hot-air.

Compact design and movable base allow the hopper dryers and an easy
installation and satisfaction to the need of various injection machines.
6. Using closed pipe system to feed dried material to required machine
