SERIES HEATER
MING LEE series stainless steel electric heating
tubes & plates are made from the advanced technology and suitable
for plastic injection machines, silk-screen machines and other electric
heating devices etc. They all possess good ppearance and durable high
temperature voltage.
Features:
1.High temperature/voltage resisting and insulation provided by German
mica plates.
2. Fast & even heat-dissipation and perfect high temperature/voltage
resisting provided by imported heating filament from USA and Europe.
3. Japan stainless steel of good quality, possessing good appearance
, homogeneous heat-dissipation
and high temperature resisting to the heaters.
4.Comprising German magnetic connection base and Japan heatproof cover
protective wire.
6.Using inner hexagonal screws for tight fixing and easy setting.

Installation and Operation Notes:
1. The contact surface of the installing position should be flat
without any uneven phenomena.
2. To keep the best insulation, this electric heating device should
be kept in dry condition and from dipping into water.
3. Check before installation whether the specifications of the installation
position and the working voltage matches this electric heating device
or not .
4. To avoid expansion and shrinkage and maintain the working life,
check after installation whether the inner hexagonal screws, the
screws of connect base and the wire-connecting screws are screwed
up firmly or not .
5. This electric heating device should work under recommended voltage
and a transformer should be a plus.
