FEATURES:
ML-CD Dehumidifying dryer is a high-tech ,high quality and high-performance
dehumidifying and drying equipment for plastic materials, using world
latest-advanced moisture-absorbing technology of molecular sieve and
dried hot air recycling principle to lower cost and prolong the unit
life.

2. High-pressure thermodynamic circulation makes dehumidifying and
drying system more efficient and power-saving.
3. The dried air can reach an ultra-low dew point of beyond -50℃ .

High-precision digital setting and displaying temperature controller
and PID auto control gives an accuracy of ±1℃ in temperature controlling
.
6. Timer for automatically start-up and stop (week-hour-minute).

How
to specify the right model:
To obtain the best efficiency , it is
appropriate to apply 80% of the drying
capacity according to the table as above.
For example:
For drying PET at 85kg/hr, it is
appropriate to choose ML-CD300.

How to
specify the correct hopper dryer:
Capacity of hopper dryer(kg) ≥ Material output(kg/hr) x Drying time(hr)
For example:
For drying PET at 60kg/hr, it is appropriate to choose ML-CD300, for
60 x 5 =300 |
